ITEM technology consists of Intelligent Network of Pipes and Valves with built in drippers, which is laid under the floor, inside and outside the building. Once the building is ready, pesticides are pumped into the network. Network uniformly spreads the pesticides in the soil, all around the building.

It is a novel method of pumping the pesticides through the already laid pipelines with the help of
an imported Dripper, which will avoid entry of termites in the structure. The substitute, which is available today, is not stable in the soil for longer period.  So, through years of continued Attempts, inventions and experiments we have been able to successfully develop this infrastructure, Viz. ITEM (Integrated Termite Elimination Method).

• Drilling the floor every time for pump the pesticide is not required.
• Tedious work for removing the articles stored in the area is not required.

Installation of Tube system is warranted for 50 years

Every 2 years from the treatment, the pesticide pumping will be done through the junction boxes fixed outside the building, which will enable the pumping of pesticides Without any disturbance. The pesticide pumped through the junction boxes will spread in the Entire area and will protect the structure and articles from termites.
